Work It Out


I can’t do any hard lower body workouts, so I decided to try the boxing on the Wii. Excellent workout! I’m happy I did that.  It was great.  Tomorrow I will go to they gym and do weight lifting…arms only.  So far, so good. I lost about 1lb this past week. Not great, but not too bad either. I have lost about 5lbs in 2 weeks.  Yea!  Stick with me folks and keep me on track.  It will be a long process, but we can do it.
