I have now completed half of my 30 day shred. I am now starting to see changes in my body. I have more of a waistline and people are commenting (finally) that I look like I have lost weight.
The shred is hard, and I still feel like I am going to puke when it gets near the end, but it is working! I am also not doing as many modified moves as I did during the first week.
If you are looking for a challenging workout, I say give the “30 Day Shred” a try!
